The Lake of the Ozarks is situated in Missouri, west of St. Louis, east of Kansas City and south of Columbia, MO. This 55,000 acre man-made lake is the premier vacation, second home and retirement destination in the midwest. The lake is surrounded by Camden County, Miller County, Morgan County and Benton County. The Lake of the Ozarks is approximately 92 miles long from Bagnell Dam in Lake Ozark, MO to Truman Dam in Warsaw, MO. There are over 1,150 miles of scenic meandering shoreline, along with some of the most picturesque scenery in the State.
